Gothic and Lolita Market pop-up 5 International orders

The 5th Gothic & Lolita Market pop-up will be opening in Laforet Harajuku from 8/20 (Sat) to 9/2 (Fri)!

Find lots of beautiful items from amazing creators during this limited-time pop-up shop.

Brands will rotate midway, don't miss them while they're here!

We will be taking international orders and will have two English livestreams on our Instagram, facilitated by Flores Astorum!

Please read the following steps carefully to place an international order.

●How to order:

1. Fill out the international order form linked below.

Please be as descriptive as possible, and/or send us screenshots of the items you want.

In addition to screenshots from the English livestreams, please feel free to also use screenshots from the Japanese livestreams.

Some designers will also post the items they have at this pop-up on their social media as well, but please refrain from contacting them directly about items.

2. We will contact you to confirm the item(s) you requested, with the stock status and prices of the item(s).

Your payment will be: (subtotal of items) + (5% service fee) + (5000 yen shipping deposit) + (PayPal fees)

*Actual shipping costs will be calculated after the items are packed and any differences will be refunded or invoiced. All packages will be insured for the value of the item(s).

3. Please confirm and respond in a timely manner.

We will put the item(s) on hold after confirmation and you will not be able to cancel afterwards.

4. Please pay within 2 days of receiving the invoice.

For orders received on the last days of the pop-up, the deadline to pay is September 2, 2022 8:00 PM (JST).

*Failure to pay will result in being blacklisted for future events.

5. After the pop-up is over, we will double check all the items, pack them for shipping, and let you know the final shipping price.

If shipping is less than the 5000 yen deposit, you will be refunded the difference.

If shipping is more than the 5000 yen deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Please pay any price differences in a timely manner.

6. Once packages are shipped, we will update you with tracking information. Thank you!

Note: The brand 魔々 (Ma Ma) will not be accepting international orders. Thank you for your understanding.
