How to place an order for overseas shipping:
1. Fill out the international order form.

Please be as descriptive as possible, and/or send us screenshots of the items you want. In addition to screenshots from the English livestreams, please feel free to also use screenshots from other livestreams or social media. However, please refrain from contacting the designers or GLM directly about items as most of them do not speak English.
2. We will contact you to confirm the item(s) you requested, with the stock status and prices of the item(s).
Your payment will be: (subtotal of items) + (5% service fee) + (4000 yen shipping deposit) + (PayPal fees)
*Actual shipping costs will be calculated after the items are packed and any differences will be refunded or invoiced. All packages will be insured for the value of the item(s).
3. Please confirm and respond in a timely manner.
We will put the item(s) on hold after confirmation and you will not be able to cancel afterwards.
4. Please pay within 2 days of receiving the invoice.
For orders received on the last day of the order period, the deadline to pay is by October 17, 2022 12:00 AM (JST).
*Failure to pay will result in being blacklisted for future events.
5. After the order period is over, we will double check all the items, pack them for shipping, and let you know the final shipping price.
If shipping is less than the 4000 yen deposit, you will be refunded the difference.
If shipping is more than the 4000 yen deposit, you will be invoiced for the difference.
Please pay any price differences in a timely manner.
6. Once packages are shipped, we will update you with tracking information. Thank you!
